When will my countertop be installed?

Steps to get the new countertop

I'm sure that you know that the first step is signing the contract and getting a digital template completed.

When this is completed, there will be a production time frame of 7-10 business days on average.

Unfortunately there are many factors that can affect the final time of the installation process:

1. The first factor is you! When we finish the digital layout, we will be sending you an important email containing your "digital layout". Before we start creating your countertop, we need your approval for the layout. Fast feedback will help reduce the possible delays in your project and without your approval, we cannot start the production of your beautiful project.

2. Changes also can affect the overall length of the project. If changes are requested after reviewing the layout, production time will be delayed accommodating the requests.  Depending on the number of changes, the process could be longer than the mentioned 7-10 business days.

3. The last factor is the schedule of our production team. There are some periods during the year that are busier than the normal. These are usually in October and November right before Thanksgiving. Be aware that certain times of the year can affect the timeframe for your project.

What is rush fee?

The “rush fee” could be the best solution for you.

A rush fee is an option for you if you have any need to have the countertop produced and installed in a very short time.

The duration of the process is typically 7-10 business days normally, but with selecting to invest in a rush fee it becomes shorter.

This option can provide you with the digital layout 2-3 business days after contract signing.

After we receive the approved layout back, we can install your project in 3-5 business days.

We can meet these deadlines in the whole year, including the busiest autumn period.
