After remodeling the kitchen, it's normal to be afraid of damage.
Everybody wants to protect the kitchen and to try and keep it in 'brand-new' condition, but during the normal day-to-day use, we can accidentally damage the countertop.
Details of the warranty
Our warranty typically exceeds the warranty offerings from other companies, because we have two special types:
1. Workmanship warranty: This type is typical for any custom stone product fabricator. This warranty (under normal use) is for a one-year period from the date of installation. We think it is necessary to highlight that it does not include damages by customer misuse.
2. What could be considered misuse? For example, striking the countertop, not protecting from heat, using acidic cleaners on the surface.
Important: we exclude any discolorations from our warranty. Natural stones like marble, quartzite or granite are porous in texture which may cause discolorations.
3. Lifetime warranty: We also offer a lifetime warranty on sink and seam installation. If the seams separate or the sink separates from the countertop any time, we will repair it at no charge to you.
