COVID-19: A message to our clients,
Because our primary concern is always the health and safety of our clients and team members in our organization, and in light of recent coronavirus (COVID-19) concerns, we are increasing our already high standards to make our facility as safe as possible. We are closely following the latest guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), local governments, and public health agencies. All of our team members are trained to uphold and practice mandatory precautionary measures as listed below:
1. We make proper handwashing our #1 priority.
2. Avoiding handshaking and remaining 6-10 feet from others.
3. All of our employees are using an App to clock in and out and not the touch pad.
4. We are increasing frequency of our facility cleanliness and sanitization procedures.
5. We are disinfecting install and templator vehicles every day before starting the day, between each stop and again at the end of the day.
6. We are making sure any team member that feels sick stays home.
7. Employees that can work from home are currently doing so to minimize the chance of contamination of customers and employees and all meetings are being done via phone.
8. All customers who request a layout will receive it digitally via email so they can review their layout from home.
9. Office staff and Fabricator/Production Staff interaction has been considerably minimized.
10. Installers are set up to avoid entering the building, we are emailing necessary paperwork ,jobs are left outside promptly for pick up. These measures are set up to minimize shop/installer interaction.
11. For Job site templating and installation we are taking all necessary safety precautions to disinfect, sanitize and wipe down all surfaces that our crew members come in contact with, in addition to our normal cleaning procedures.
12. All customers and visitors are required to sanitize their hands upon arriving to our facility.
13. We have cancelled all business-related air travel and people returning from travel are not authorized to be at our facility or jobsites.
We are committed to keeping you safe while in our facility and reassuring you that we are taking added precautions.

We are prepared to navigate these challenging circumstances with everyone’s safety in mind. While our show room and office facility currently remain open for business, we want to remind you that we are taking this very seriously and have taken all necessary precautions to provide a safe environment to serve your needs.
